Is this symptoms of HSV1

I had to have a surgery to remove an IUD after if had moved and my doc couldn't remove it. Like 2 weeks later my boyfriend and I had sex and now I have icthing, burning, soreness, like little tears all over down there and I senn on one site that it said it may be cause from HSV1. Just so happens my boyfriend had a cold sore so now Im worried thats what it is. I go to the doctor Tuesday but would like to figure it out cause its REALLY bothering me!

HSV1 and HSV2 symptoms are identical, so not sure why you think it's HSV1 unless he performed oral sex on you.Was that the case? If he did with a cold sore, transmission potential of HSV1 is substantial through oral sex.

Make sure when you go to the doctor tomorrow they do a swab/culture for herpes (and yeast/bacteria). A visual diagnosis can be inaccurate.
