Is this the start of a new outbreak?

I contracted herpes while pregnant back in the summer. My now ex boyfriend got it from his ex girlfriend who never told him after being diagnosed. We took a break a few months before I got the STD and he slept with her during that time. My first outbreak was terrible. I never experienced pain that bad. I chose to have a C section to prevent the risk of passing this disease to my baby during delivery. I was diagnosed with type 2.
I haven't had an outbreak since my first one but now I'm starting to feel strange down there. A few days ago I noticed it felt a bit uncomfortable to wipe. Now it is itchy like crazy! Also when I wiped myself with baby wipes I noticed what looked like to be a lot of toilet paper pieces. Not sure if that is what it was or not, that's why I am mentioning it. I'v also been taking antibiotics for a really bad sore throat that I had for nearly a week before getting the meds. Also I haven't been getting a lot of sleep due to having a young baby to care for alone and I just started back at work about a month ago. Have not had a period yet.

Yes first outbreaks from recently acquired could be all over the area but again established would only be on one side.

Oh when I had my first outbreak it was all over my downstairs area. Doctor said it was the 2nd worst case she'd seen in 30 years.

Hi, those with an established herpes would only have outbreaks on one side. So if your irritation is all around it would not be a pending outbreaks. Also sores would show up soon after an irritation starts. It would be red bumps then the blister type sores. Maybe your having a yeast/fungal infection. Maybe a good time for a check up to make sure all is ok.
