Itch/bleeding

On and off for the last couple months i have had anal itching and bleeding here and there.  Just a small usually pin head size spot of blood after a wipe, that's it.  The itch is more like it's inside my anus than on the outside of it, but just barely inside there.  I was afraid it was herpes at first but there are no legions on the outside or blisters or anything like that.  I have had jock itch in the past but i don't see any signs of that either.  The other day I spread my cheeks to see if i could see anything going on in there and I found a small whitish bump, it kind of looked like my anus was just shaped like that.  I thought it may be an internal hemorrhoids so i purchased some Prep H suppositories, it doesn't itch as often but the lump is still there.  I have been tested for gonorrhea and chalmydia and was negative for both.  I want this itching to stop but i do not have the money to get to a dr. as i was recently laid off...please please please help me out.

This really doesn't sound like it's std related. It's most likely hemorrhoids. Keep using the prep H and increase your water intake and fiber intake. Plenty of products out there to soften your stools and to increase fiber with.
