Kissed someone with an outbreak

Last weekend I (unknowingly) kissed someone who had a cold sore.  She assured me that it was not contagious after but I'm still very worried.  I knew very little about this STD till I started doing research the next day but it sounds pretty bad.  Does anyone know the % chances I will get the disease?

well it depends on many things like how far into the cold sore it was as well as your own hsv1 status. even if you can't recall ever having had an obvious cold sores before, you could still have hsv1. Have you ever been tested for herpes before?

also we don't consider oral herpes a std. You don't need sexual contact to contract it.
