Little White bumps on foreskin... not on head of penis

Hey, I have never had sex, and for as long as i can remember, ive had these little white bumps maybe the size of a pen point on my penis,, they do not itch or cause any pain or anything. Im 14 at the moment, and i can remember 5 years ago i still had them, but they seem to be getting worse, not bigger, but more of them, in little clusters the the bottom part of my penis,, I have no idea whats going on i need help plz

If you have never had sex it is hard for these to be genital herpes.  Genital herpes is only transmited with Skin-to-Skin contact with someone who is already infected with the virus and actively shedding the virus.

Bumps can be anything.  Truly they can be from a yeast infection, from hair folicils anything.  The best course of action is be seen by the doctor to get these checked out. Your parents should take you to your normal doctor or a dermatologist.  You need to talk to them about this.

these are most likely pearly papules of the penis or even fordyce spots. google it to see if they look like what you have. they are completely normal and not an issue.

You haven't been sexually active so they are absolutely not std related.
