Little blood bumbs and pinching stabbing

Hey I'm 24 years old on June 4th I had unpretected vaginal and oral sex . A few days later I started feeling itchy so I went to the Dr and he said it looks like it could be a yeast infection. So he gave me anti fungul cream I've been stressing ever since I had all std testing done on July 2 everything is negative hsv1 was high but not active my Dr said . On july 21 I woke up and srent about 4 or 5 little red blood bumbs scattered on my penis and I've been felling pinching nabbing or stabbing sensation's on my penis and I'm itchy I went back to the Dr they looked at it and said that it looks like I've been picking at it . I've been scratching not picking and even if I was picking the bumbs would not all look similar. They took another blood test and she refereed me to a dermatologist to she what it is . Does anyone think these pin sized red bumbs and the little stabbing sensation's could be herpes or is it all in my head? I'm 49 days past possible exposure.
