Looks Like Herpes?

I'm more than a little freaked out right now...I have an area around my anus that at first I thought was a hemroid.  It's been painful but not itchy at all.  I bought some Preparation H and was using a hand mirror to make sure I was getting the entire area.  It is swollen out like a hemroid, but I noticed the top area has what appears to be 4 or 5 blisters in a small cluster.

My previous relationship of 3 years did break up when I found out about his infidelity with 2 women, but that was well over a year ago.  Since then I have had two STD screenings one right after I found out and another 6 months later at my routine exam.  Both came back negative for all STDs.

If this is Herpes, wouldn't have shown up in one of the tests (blood work was done)?  Also, I do get blistering Eczema on the upper part of my buttocks (lab diagnosed as well).  Could it be Herpes or can Eczema that blisters move to other areas?  From pics I've seen it does look like Herpes, but then so did my Eczema until labs confirmed it wasn't.....

Just to add on, I have not been in another relationship as I decided I need time to get to know myself again, so no chance of this being new.

As well, I do have an appointment with my doctor, but not for another 4 days :(
