Lumps on labia majora

Umm.. so I recently discovered a couple lumps on my labia majora, and am really not sure what to do about it. They are idectical, and not discolored. Just apear as swollen lumps, one behind the other. But are painful when rubbed against say, underwear while walking. They've showed up out of no where. My sexual partner ( of the past six months) has not been in contact with any STDs or STIs nor have I. Just wondering if its serious, and how i could treat it if possible naturally...Thank you.
