If you already have Oral HSV1 it's very unlikely that you would then contract Genital HSV1 simplySimply sleep because both HSV1 and HSV2 have prefered sites HSV1 is generally in the oral region and HSV2 is generally below the waist they seldom change site once they are established in one area so I'd say you're fine, but if you are going to constantly worry about every blemish or odd feeling down below perhaps it would be best to get tested for all STD's if only to put your mind at rest on that side of things, then if your symptoms continue you might want to visit your Doctor for further evaluation of what could be causing your discomfort.
