Mollescum or Herpes??

I have a small flesh colored bump right near the entrance to my vagina, I know that this bump is Molluscum. But a little while after I noticed the bump i got an itchy "rash" directly next to it. The rash is very small and I wasn't sure what it was. it did not look like a typical herpes outbreak, it was just a small red mark that itched. Later on the spot that itched turned into a "paper cut". It was there for about two months or so, I am not positive it it came and went. Does this sound like herpes? or can Molluscum cause this??

i have not treated my molluscum becuase I only have one bump. I went to the doctor in july and we discussed the options and I decided I would just let it run it's course. The redness next to it I am confused about. I just got a herpes blood test, and I am waiting for the results. I really dont think it is herpes, and when I pointed out where the "rash" was the doctor did not really see much.
