Multiple misdiagnoses?

I made a bad decision and went to a strip club on Oct 12th. Had a lap dance where the stripper rubbed her nipples in my face, which I licked. She started to put her hand down my pants and touched my penis and I told her that was too much. She proceeded to rub my penis through my pants and put her mouth on it once through my pants as well.

One week later I had urethral pain. I went to a STD clinic after a few days. They tested me for Gonorrhea, Trich and Syphilis. Told me I had nothing to worry about based on the contact. Results were negative.

Pain kept up and I noticed my tongue was now sore and my lips were tingling and chapped. Decided I had Herpes. Couldn't find any blisters, though. Swollen glands and slight scrotal itching. Dull pain in testicle. GP said it did not seem like Herpes. Put me on a two week course of Cipro for urethritis.

Urethral pain eventually went away and was replaced by soreness around my anus and penile sensitivity. Couldn't find blisters around my anus, it was mostly red and hemorrhoidal. Began using Prep H. Tongue still sore and lips still chapped.

Went back to GP and asked that he do a Herpes test. He did a Hepeselect which came back negative. Blood was drawn on Nov 6. Sent me to a urologist.

Go to urologist and show him my anal area. Once he heard I had been on Cipro he was convinced I had a yeast infection. My tongue? i asked him. Same thing. I showed him some little bumps that had developed on a dry patch of skin on the hand where I had been applying the Prep H. Don't worry he said! (I google it "herpes on hand" and it looks like herpes sores to me...) Took the anti-fungal yesterday and am applying Clotrimazole-Betamethasome cream to anus and penis. My anus possibly feels a little better but my penis is burning like crazy.

I am also taking 2000mg of lysine daily because of Herpes fear. Should I trust my doctors?...I'm freaking out too much to think sensibly.

Please give me advice!!!

So I am still having symptoms, namely tongue sores, chapped lips, rash on penis and rash around anus. Took probiotics to no avail and anti-fungals didn't help.
My GP said he would blood test me again if I want but doesn't think it is herpes.
I wonder if I should go see a dermatologist?
Could an initial outbreak last 2.5 months?

sometimes it can take awhile to clear up fungal infections :(

if you are in the US, pick up a pack of culturelle at the drug store or walmart/target and start taking that twice a day too to boost your "good" bacteria in the body to fight off fungus.

The steroid cream the doctor gave me has been aggravating my conditions. My penis got seriously red and inflamed. I now have a rash again around my anus. Called the doctor and the RN told me to discontinue the cream and wait for the anti-fungal pill to work. I am supposed to contact them next Wednesday if I am not doing better. My mouth feels like it is getting worse, too. I now have a sore at the base of one of my teeth. I am very freaked out again.

fungal infections in the oral area will cause those symptoms and they can often  be difficult to get rid of too :(

Thanks for the reply. My nerves are soothed.
What do you think could be up with my tongue sores/chapped lips?

lsyine isn't effective for herpes. no reason to be supplementing with it. you already get more than enough in your diet.

you were never at risk for genital herpes.

you were seen and they determined a yeast infection was the cause of your oral symptoms so no reason to think it's oral herpes.  licking someone's nipples isn't a risk for oral herpes.

the cream you were given for your fungal infection genitally contains a topical steroid which is often too hard on sensitive genital skin. might be better off just using an otc jock itch cream without steroids in it for your symptoms or even the jock itch powder.
