With this in mind, I'm confused and worried about telling my partner. Is it even worth it? Again, I'm not planning on letting it affect me at all, so should I just leave him in ignorant bliss? We just started dating and I'm worried about how he'll react, what will happen to our relationship, etc. Do I have a moral responsibility to tell him? What would you all do if you were in my position?
wouldn't you want your partner to inform you about what has happened if the roles were reversed? he can't support you through this unless you let him know what has happened.
if he has it orally and you have i genitally, it's not much of an issue. avoid sex
