Need Help Clarifying my Recent STD test results

I would like these results explained to a lame brain like my self so i can understand them.  I think I am reading it correctly in saying that I have herpes 1 but not herpes 2?   If so what steps if any need to be taken now?  I have never had any symptoms related to herpes and have been with the same partner for the last 3 years.  Is there cause for concern there.  I am also worried about how she will receive the information. any insight on this matter would be appreciated, sorry if its too vague.  results are below.

Positive herpes 1 negative herpes 2.
Have you ever had a cold sore? That's herpes 1.

No I haven't, no symptoms of any kind of herpes at all.  How likely am I to give this to my partner?
