Need a good answer.

I just want to know if azythromicin or the gonohrrea antibiotic would suppress intial tingling from genital herpes? Would any of these stop it for a few days? I've read that it wouldn't work because they're used for bacteria and not viruses.

Hi, antibiotics have no effect with virues including herpes

Thank you. I heard that they could mask other symptoms of disease for a short time. I was just concerned.

It has now been 2 months.

Well actually stop all symptoms. I felt fine for the next few days. And this was 2 weeks after the exposure.
