Need advice please!!!

Hello,
  About 18 (sept 3) days ago now I had unprotected sex at a wedding. The very next morning I had a burning sensation when I urinated. I quickly hoped in the shower and wash my area with the cheap hotel soap. When I got home I noticed that when I mastrubated my area was really dry. I put facial lotion on my gential (genital) area and didnt think much of it. The next morning it looked like a had a reaction to the lotion but I'm not sure. I went to get tested for STDs and everything came back negative and the doctor said I had a sebaceous gland which I popped the night before. All STD tests came back negative and I will certainly be going to get my three month blood work done soon. My question is could this be herpes? No symptoms and the clinic dr. Didnt think it was herpes. I am freaking out because there is a slight burning sensation before and after urnitation (not while going) and burning after ejculation. Like I said I have not had any symptoms of herpes, but the sebaceous gland doesnt seem to want to heal. I have no
Pain and I can't keep looking at pictures of herpes on the Internet. Any advice to put my mind at ease? What should I do heal the sebaceous gland please help I really think I have herpes no matte what the dr. Says. Need some advice!! Thanks for your time,
