Need answers! Please help. Bad pain

So here is my story. Almost 3 weeks after unprotected sex I get very bad pain in the head of my penis, almost feels like it's burning stabbing pains  . No pain at tip or when peeing. No discharge . It's like my whole penis head hurts.  There is also no bumps or anything , the penis looks normal just very painful.

This pain has been going on for a week now without any visible sores or blisters. I also noticed I felt kind of crappy and had a sore armpit, I'm assuming lymph node.

Does this sound like hsv2? I'm really worried . Thanks

Also 3 weeks would be to long for a primary outbreak. 3-10 days is the usual time frame

Yes you can have symptoms without sores. This is incredibly rare. I spoke to one herpes expert who owns their own busy std clinic. The specialist said that in over 30 years this Dr has only had three cases like that. Pretty rare indeed.
If it were hsv it would likely be contagious but that's unrealistic as hsv is a long shot in your case. I suggest seeing a Urologist.
You could have other lymph nodes swell but in the absence of the groin lymph nodes being swollen and tender...just doesn't sound like hsv.

If this were hsv you most assuredly would've had an outbreak by now. Hsv symptoms without lesions is very rare. The swollen lymph nodes would be in the groin not the armpit.
This really doesn't sound like hsv.

I have read that some people during the initial outbreak won't have sores. Would it still cause pain without the sores/blisters if it was the first outbreak?

I'm super worried about this. The pain has been constant for over a week. I read the whole body of lymph nodes can get tender and sore during the virus. Would it be contagious without any blisters/sores/cuts ?
