Need answers

I am engaged to be married and my fiance and I do want children. I was recently tested for HSV and my results were positive with a level of 2.10. Is there any correlation with women who are infected with HSV and infertility?

no, genital herpes doesn't cause infertility.

your hsv2 igg is a low positive and needs further confirmatory testing. we recommend a herpes WB blood test.

No, he has not been tested. While at the doctors though, they told me that level was high and I started Valtrex yesterday. I have not had any breakouts so Im hoping perhaps the medication will subdue any in the future.

they started treating you far too early :(

at this point you need to get your partner tested as well as you need to confirm your own status.
