Need confirmation from a health professional

Timeline:
Last Thursday engaged in intercourse
By Friday afternoon experienced congestion
By Sunday morning a sharp pain in a specific area of the vagina
By Monday "pimples" on face and small bumps on back of neck.
By Tuesday pain has spread across vaginal area.
Wednesday, facial and neck sores have expanded, are definitely not pimples
Thursday, genital sores are painful enough to prevent walking.
Friday, sores showing little to no signs of healing, new sore found on face.

I was on vacation in north Africa and live in the Middle East, there is NO WAY I can see a doctor here, and I am freaking out. I'm convinced I've contracted Herpes, but I'm clueless as to what to do next. I've never had a cold sore in my life and now I've suddenly got to figure out a course of action without a proper diagnosis. Is this Herpes? Could it be something else? Can anyone help?

well really not a lot I can do to help you to be honest.  Unfortunately when you get back home, seeking out proper herpes igg blood testing 3 months after you last had sex might not be a good option either.  certainly  follow up on the non-genital symptoms - they don't sound std related.

Grace,

I wish I could, never so much in my life have I wished for a doctor. The area in which I find myself working is not entirely female friendly (not the worst, by far) and the GYN care is lacking. I could see someone about the face/neck issues, but even then, I'm afraid they may not be of help in figuring our what is wrong. I'm actually quite terrified at this point. The pain in face and genital areas is constant and at times excruciating. I do not know where to turn or what to do.

you need to be seen and get a proper exam. this needs done sooner rather than later.  We'd be totally guessing as to what is going on.
