Need help, very worried.

Need help, very worried.

I am 16 years of age an just under 2 months ago I had unprotected oral sex with my partner. About 1 week after this I noticed a large red spot next to the base of my penis, I became very worried and visited the doctor and I was told that it was an ingrown hair that had become infected. After a week or two this disappeared but I had a lot of itching in my genital and buttocks area, I noticed a few red spots that were only a few millimetres wide in diameter, they were spread all over my body including my chest and thighs being the most affected but I do notice one on the helmet of my penis, this sent off alarm bells again, I went to my doctor explaining how worried I was and I was giving a week antibiotic course and this calmed the spots down a little bit. A few days later I had a stinging sensation when I urinated, again this made me extremely worried! So I went to my doctors and they said it was probably a bladder infection but they took urine samples as they understood my concern. These results come back showing no signs of herpes or other std's and strangely no bladder infection signs. I have some days where I'm not worried atall and some where I'm extremely worried as I have heard herpes is very bad, it has caused me a lot of worry and stress. Today I noticed a few red pimple spots on the helmet of my penis that are slightly painful and I have just finished another course of antibiotics for foleculitis as it didn't completely go away last time. I have also noticed a few red spots on my thighs but they look like some of the spots from foleculitis.
Please can someone help put me at ease? I am extremely worried about his and it's taking over my life, could someone give me there opinion on the matter and inform me on what you think it is? Many thanks I you've taken your time to read&reply

you've been seen and no one thinks these look like herpes. typically hsv1 genitally would be the herpes risk from unprotected oral sex and your symptoms sound more like irritation or a fungal infection in the genital area than herpes.

continue to be seen when you have symptoms. Have they manually inspected your prostate too at all?
