Need help!!

I had unprotected sex with female 1 3 weeks ago.  I received oral sex from female 2 recently.  Two days after female 2 oral sex I had first symptoms of genital herpes.  I'm confused which female I contracted the hsn2 virus from before I confront them.  My guess is female 1 since female 2 was only oral and symptoms were within 48 hours.  How do I approach female 1 about this issue?

I agree - be seen if you haven't already and get proper testing done to see if indeed this is herpes and if it is, if this is hsv1 or hsv2. You can contract hsv2 from genital/anal sex and you can contract hsv1 from unprotected oral sex.

It would be "nice" to talk to both partners you've had recently. Ask them to seek out type specific herpes igg blood tests to see what their status is.

also since you've had unprotected sex, you will need to pursue full std testing. You can get tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea anytime after 1 week post your last encounter. syphilis after 6 weeks.  herpes, hiv and hepatitis after 3 months . You can get a lesion culture for herpes done now on your active symptoms and if it's negative, cover your bases properly with blood testing at the proper time.

You should go to the doctor or dermatologist to check it out and have them swab it to see if it's herpes.
