Nervous and depressed (herpes)

Two days ago I received oral sex from a woman and afterwards she told me that she has herpes 1+2… what is the % (or) chances of me contracting the viruses and which one?

you can have either type of herpes either orally and/or genitally.

check on your results from a year ago to see what your status is. if you are hsv1+ already, odds are you won't contract hsv1 genitally from receiving oral sex.

I was tested a year ago but i dont remember what it said... i have never had a cold sore.... so if i were to get something it would be hsv1? and is that the one that give you cold sores?

you were never at risk for her genital herpes.

have you ever been tested for herpes to know your hsv1 status or can you recall ever having had a cold sore ever?
