Nipple Herpes?

I've been living with genital herpes for 8 years.  About 9 months ago, I made out with a man who sucked very very hard on my nipples (so hard he caused my nipple piercings to bleed).  About two weeks after that I had a sore on my nipple for about 2 weeks.  The sore was similar to a pimple in that it would puss and bleed however the length of time for it to heal was odd.  Since then, the sore has reoccurred two more times in the exact same location.  I am concerned that I now have herpes on my nipple as well.  According to the man that was sucking on my nipples, he doesn't have oral herpes...  but we all know that most of us in fact do.  So... I have an appointment with my doc but it's not for another 3 weeks.  Any opinions?

you need to be seen promptly when you have symptoms, waiting 3 weeks isn't going to give you good answers. Unfortunately it's a holiday weekend so if you have symptoms now, not many good options for better answers :(

Odds are this isn't herpes. Usually having hsv2 genitally protects you from having it on other body parts but having your nipples pierced would increase your risk somewhat.  I'm more willing to bet though it's something else going on.
