Not Sure, Need Answers

I recently had sex unprotected with a girl I met at a bar. Exactly the next day I had muscle pains and started to get really congested. Second day I started to get a sore throat and started coughing really hard with a lot of dark green mucus coming out of my coughs. My nose usually stayed runny all day but usually at night when I'd go to sleep it wouldn't run. But I started coughing and sometimes there's blood in the mucus when I cough up, little amounts in the mucus.  My temperature was 99.8, but recently around after day 5 my soar throat went away. It is day 9 right now and I have a stuffy nose and usually gets runny when I cough.  I took dayquil mucus relief last night and I sometimes cough dry but most of the time I cough up mucus and then sometimes but not usually I cough up mucus with little mixture of blood.  Last night my throat felt really itchy and I couldn't stop coughing, this morning it doesn't feel itchy but I've been coughing every now and than, also I blow my nose frequently to get out the congestion and mucus.  I don't think I have gotten any sores or anything like that. A few days ago I was looking at my penis and a saw a swollen bump with a white head on the bottom base of my penis, I squeezed it and it popped pus splattering out and went away the next day. I've had acne for about a year and it is almost gone with a few pimples around my face and I got one right below my lip half on it and half on my regular skin, I popped that one and a white stringy pus thing came out and than it oozed out that clear stuff usually happens when you pop a zit. No burning in **** or anything like that, I'm just worried about this persistent cough which has gotten better today.

Can someone please help me on this and let me know what it could possibly be.
Is it HIV? Herpes? Common cold or virus?  
I took a test in July and was HIV Negative.
Going to test on Monday.

Sounds like a regular old run of the mill cold, and your pimples just that - pimples (don't pop anything as it can lead to infection). Absolutely no reason to think this is STD related. That being said, and unrelated to your symptoms, if you're sexually active with random partners, you should be screened every so often for STDs, so now's as good a time as ever to do so.

How come when I cough, sometimes little traces of blood are in the mucus? Sometimes I cough to foreably get the mucas out of my throat. At times when I breath really hard it feels like mucus in my lungs. Not to sure, I'm 22 year old male and I've been really healthy my whole life. I play basketball and I work out almost everyday eating healthy and I haven't been sick in a year and a half and all the sudden I get sick. I live in Central FL area and there's a lot of people coming down with a similar cold like mine but why is mine lasting 9 days? I usually always where a condom and this is the  first time I haven't in 2 years.

Will be going to health clinic on Monday.
