Not sure, please help

I've posted here before, but I'll lay my symptoms out again. Day 0: received unprotected oral from another guy and I came in his mouth. The next day I felt irritation in the urethra and was worried but waited 4 days before ordering an std panel test through labcorp. Day 4: All tests came back negative, but I knew it was to early for hsv and hiv. Day 5:Went to doctor and urinalysis was normal but high in sugar so tested my blood for diabetes and came back normal. Put me on cipro just in case for 10 days. After 10 days felt better in urethra but had yellowish tint to semen and penis was turning red along with testicular discomfort and tender area between anus and testicles. Day 14: doctor doesn't seem to think it's an std but says it looks like a little irritated. Day 20: ordered igm hsv test specific upon doctor recommendation to ease conscious and it came back negative for both 1 and 2. Talked to guy who performed oral and he denies having anything and gets retested himself. He tells me his test come back negative for everything as well but not sure how much to trust him. Around this time I'm also suffering from sore elbow joint in right arm and slight leg soreness with burning feeling in stomach and thighs but with no rash. Day 27: took RNA or whatever it's called early hiv detection test and it came back negative. Day 40: saw urologist and did urinalysis and rectal prostate exam and said everything looked normal. The day before I saw the urologist the irritated meatus and urethra feeling went away and felt like something was going on in my testicles(hard to describe). It stayed that way until about day 60 and had irritation for day or two but with cystex and azo it went away. I drank a bit of alcohol the day before but wasn't certain if I could attribute it to that. Day 80: full std panel test again for chlamydia, gonnorrhea, herpes 1 and 2, hepatitis A B and C, hiv 1 and 2, and syphallis. All tests came back negative. I was confident this was over until day 112: had irritation and sore penis again accompanied by the testicle pain. This too was proceeded with a couple nights of drinking and probably being slightly dehydrated. My question is can I be confident in my prior tests at almost 12 weeks past exposure and the early igm negative test or are these reoccurring flare ups a sign even with no visible sores or lesions?

To update I went back to urologist and all he did was a visual and physical inspection of penis and testicles saying that everything looked normal. He also did a urinalysis and said it was normal as well. He didn't feel like I needed another prostate exam. He said I don't have any kind of infection and I should believe my std tests and just relax. He said he thinks it prostadea or something, basically I get to stressed or anxious and my prostate flares up creating sensations all through my testicles and penis. Could this be the case even though I've relaxed and the feeling is a little better, but after 2 days I still feel some of the sensations and wonder if "just forgetting about it" works?

Thanks life. I'm just going to have to schedule another appointment with my urologist and I'll try to repost to help inform people on what may be a similar circumstance for them

Hard to say from here. Best to have a doc check you out.

Does it sound like a yeast infection or some sort of urethritis. I know you said you don't think it stems from the oral but it has to. Started the day after. Even if anxiety caused some initial fears and intensified my concern, either from the cipro or from the oral itself it definitely formed something unpleasant. My urethra pain has subsided today, but my penis is kind of red and sore

Hi, if your urethra irritation was the same as the day 1 issue then it would not be related to the oral. None of what you describe appear as herpes related. Testing is very accurate.
