Not sure if I have herpies?

I was with a girl about 2 weeks. I wore a condom and fooled around but did not have intercourse, maybe just some genital contact with the condom on. About 4 or 5 days later after running 10 miles on a hot day, I started noticing a small bump, looks like a hard pimple toward the base of my penis. A few days later I started putting some banzallkuonium and lidocaine on it as well as some hydrocordizone, as I was trying to get rid of the pimple. Shortly after I have had burning in the genital area and it has been lasting about 4 or 5 days. The burning in not on the pimple and the pimple is not sore to the touch. I have had no flew symptoms and no other pains. I finally went on got a skin test of this pimple or cyst looking thing today. The nurse things it is suspect but I only have one bump. I am waiting for test results, that will take 3 days and very anxious. All of the pictures I have looked at look much more severe ( bigger sores and more of an outbreak). Is it possible to have herpies with this one small sore and just genital burning with no other symptoms. Is it possible the burning could be from the lidocaine or the hydrocordizone. Are there other possibilies besides herpies? with these symptoms

could be many things. I know it's hard to wait for results but not much else you can do at this point.

They did 2 types of skin tests. They withdrew a bit of the fluid on the sore and then a wipe with a q tip. I am freaking out here. What are other symptoms that you must have for herpies? I had that small pimle and generalized burning. No burning in a specific area, no pain when urinating and no discharge, no brown urine. I have had severe heat rashes from shaving on my neck before and diagnosd folliculitis (ingrown hair) very painful and burning. Could this be folliculitis?

yes you can have just a single lesion with herpes.

at this point I'd stop putting everything on it and just let it go . wait for your test results to come back and go from there. what testing did they do?
