Not sure if its herpes or sebaceous inflamation(inflammation) or what????

I reciently started a relationship with a girl and we have used protected sex always with a condom and she is on birth control. I had been tested prior to the relationship and she says she was as well. I sometimes trim down there just because - and i was trimming with scissors really close to the base on the sides and i noticed very very small slightly spaced out raised bumps the size of pin heads around the sebaceous spots that i have. None of them hurt or itched or anything, but it has been about a month or two and they are still there.  What i am wondering is it possible to irritate or injure those sebaceous glands on and around that area?  I have looked at many pictures as to what herpes looks like and i cant seem to match any to what it looks like. To me it just looks like a couple (like 5) sebaceous bumps are raised very very slightly than the rest that neighbor it. I am still going to get tested again this week just to make sure because better safe than sorry- I am just not sure, also in the first month there was no itching of any kind whatsoever or pain, and i still check them every day- but somtimes in this second month they will be a little itchy if i touch them, any input would be greatly appreciated

The best thing to do is to see your provider. Staying there a month without changing isn't likely to be due to herpes.

I removed your picture - we do not look at pictures on this forum.
