Not sure what to do

Was diagnosed with genital hsv 1 a few months ago after finding out my long time girlfriend had been cheating on me,  and now I'm depressed beyond measure I have a tough time seeing how anyone will accept or love me again not to mention I'm terrified to spread this on how do you cope with this? I feel like life has come to a complete stop if not an end and I'm at my wits end as to what to do with myself

Hsv1 genital only sheds about 3-5% of the time. You can download the Updated herpes handbook by terri warren free and read all about it

Sorry for the late reply I appreciate the response but how do I come to terms with this? I'm scared I will transfer this on and is there any solid research I can look into that says I have a lower risk to spread?

If a person is to have hsv genital, hsv1 is the one to have. Rarely sheds and rarely breaksout again after the first one.
