Not to sure what to think.

      I'm 20 year's old and I have had this bumps under my penis head for as long as i can remember , I never get burning pee, after i ejaculate i do get a itchy feeling, and around my lower shaft of my penis i notice i have these blackish gray bumps about .   .  . that far away from eachother. please explain! and what should i do? I did take a picture of the bumps not sure if i can post it here.

If you've had these bumps for "as long as you can remember", they're not herpes.

Have you been to see your doctor for an exam? If not, that's what you need to do.
