Not your typical Herpes

Not your typical Herpes

I'm in Tenth grade and ever since 4th grade I've had this little bumps inside of my fingers and sometimes on my toes. My doctor told me that they were Herpe breakouts because everyone is born with it but others tend to have more severe breakouts then others. This isn't related to anything sexual I know that because in 4th grade to now I still never have had any type of sexual contact.
Everytime I put a bandaid on my fingers these bumps are always there when the bandaid comes off. And they aren't full of pus, but do have some sort of liquid in them. If they pop they juice. And they do hurt.

This is a picture of my finger as of right now.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

we don't look at pictures no matter what the body part.

no, everyone isn't born with herpes. no idea why your provider said that!!

It's best to follow up on these with a dermatologist. if they too suspect herpes, they should be doing a lesion culture to confirm it. It's very unlikely you'd have herpes on your fingers and also your feet too so odds are this is something non-herpes going on.

let us know how the dermatology appointment goes after you get it :)
