Occasional red patch on penis head

Sometimes I get a red patch on my penis head that is painless and comes and goes. I notice it most often after I've sat on the toilet and put it down to it rubbing, as well as after having a shower. When the patch is red it feels a bit harder than the surronding skin. I am slightly concerned that it may be something more sinister than I first though. I also have what I first believed to be Fordyce spots on my inner foreskin as well but this hasn't be profesionally doagnosed.

If this is something that appears for a short time after you've been handling your penis, it' sprobably nothing.
