Oral HSV 1 mouth to hand to vagina transmission.

Hi! So I've had HSV1 orally for 5 years now. Haven't had an outbreak for almost 3 years until about a week ago. I'm worried that last night maybe my gf was exposed. I

The sore was at the scabbing over stage but I kind of picked at it earlier in the day so it still seemed "wet". She wanted to have some fun. So I stupidly wet my fingers with my mouth( I'm pretty sure I touched my tongue and lower lil and maybe some of my upper lip where I get hsv1) then started to play with her vagina. After like 10 seconds I realized what I did and dried my hands with a shirt. Is there a chance that the virus could still be active? Is this method an effective way of transmitting the virus?
She doesn't have hsv 1 or 2.

Quick answer..no.
Hsv won't be spread that way. Your scabbed cold sore was probably non infectious at that time. Either way it's not believed to be spread from hands to genitals. You needn't worry.

Thank you for the reply. Makes me feel a lot better about the situation. Just let my mind take control and got some anxiety about this hsv 1 stuff. Thank you

Also off topic but they happened to the Doctors in the STD form? They no longer give advice?
