Oral Herpes HSV-1

Hello I know it may difficult to come to conclusion if you have Herpes I or not, but this may be a good start.
I am concerned because I have this once sore looks like a canker sore no lesions really no pain inside my lower lip.

My concern is I went to a massage parlor about two months ago and received a hand job and the masseuse let me suck on her nipple. That was two months ago. No sores were present around her nipples or areolas.  Do I have a high probability of getting HSV-1 from that action

I think I have the bump from not resting and alergic (allergic) reaction to my medication or dehydration.  I was taking alli to lose a few pounds but one weekend I drank heavily and took alli along with some antibiotics for an infection I had in my throat a month ago (cold)  From my action two months ago does that give me a high chance of contracting HSV-1?

Also to add in to my comment the weather here haas been really dry and drastic changes warm then suddenly changes to cold and cloudy its unpredictable.
