Oral Herpes from receiving oral sex?

Hi,
I was wondering if it is possible to develop oral herpes on the lips from receiving oral sex from a female. Or is it only possible to develop genital herpes as only the genitals were contacted with the mouth of the other person?

you can get oral herpes from kissing and from performing oral sex.

if someone performed oral sex on you, you wouldn't contract symptoms on your lips from that.

make sense?
