Oral to anus?

So I just recently had my very first outbreak of coldsores on my mouth. I had never had them before and did not get a swab or anything of the sort. I have never had any lumps on my vaginal area however it's been 5 days after I first got them and when I pooped today it really hurt. It was a rather hard stool but now I'm
worried I gave myself genital herpes from my oral herpes if I do have them. How possible is this even if I've been religious in washing my hands?

No, you wouldn't have given yourself genital herpes from (what you think might be) oral herpes. Sounds like you had a hard stool and could have irritated yourself from that - even a small hemorrhoid.

First things first - you can't self diagnose. Be seen for proper testing - not sure how long it's been since you've had oral symptoms but a swab/culture is best, if not an IgG type specific blood test.

Obviously get your anal issue looked at as well if it's bothering you. A doctor will be able to tell what's going on.
