Oral transmition?

Last Saturday I received oral for no more then ten seconds from someone I didn't know. I was freaking out about std's mostly hiv but I think im fine with that. The only thing is that on tuesday night/wensday morning I started having difficulty swalling and I had white spots on my tonsils. I went to the doctor and he said it was a viral infection. by friday it was going way. but now my temples in my head feel a tiny bit of presure and tightness, especially when I swallow. Im real scared still and freaking out. could this be herpes? I also have brown/yellowish mucus so could it possibly just all be a result of a sinus infection?
