Other possible infections insted of herpes?

I went to a gynecologist on Monday but I was curious if this could be anything else besides herpes? I fear it's probably going to be herpes but I've read a few stories of it turning out to be yeast infections. I was just tested for std's and had a pap in January and came back positive for thrush and negative for everything else although was referred to the hospital for testing because my pap came back with abnormal cells (I moved to another country after and haven't gone in ect ...pretty bad of me)... I've had numerous yeast infections before and also dealt with having mrsa on the skin years ago. My infections were usually around my groin, thighs, bum area. Is it at all a possibility of an infection going into the vaginal tears? Also I have really sensitive skin and had totally shaved about my vaginal and anal area on the 24th..possible for a skin infection or yeast to get into ingrown hairs?
Here is a kind of time-line for what happened/is happening
FEBRUARY
Tues 21 had unprotected rough sex
Weds 22 had rough sex/ took morning after pill/ vagina hurt and was possibly torn a bit. Vagina felt dry swollen and not lubricating.
Thurs23- Everything seemed pretty normal with little discomfort.
Friday 24th- had sex that night/ light fishy odor became present during initial intercourse but went away
Saturday 25h had rough sex multiple times felt fine after tho / little sore at the vaginal opening/ dry/ a little bit itchy
Sunday 26th- My vagina hurt more today. I looked in the mirror and it appeared to be torn in two places right at the opening
Monday 27th- dark brown spotting from vagina not sure if from morning after pill??/ vaginal tears felt a bit better
Tues 28th- bright red spotting and then light bleeding from vagina/ tears felt a bit better
Weds 29th-(dunno if has anything to do with everything but seriously hurt to pass stool on this day) Had sex again this night

MARCH
Thurs 1st- Had sex again in morning/ vagina lightly sore/ small tears around opening were worse but didn't feel 'horrible'. Was fine for rest of the day. Night time a painful red bump appeared (red and look like a pimple with no white head) formed on outter labia at top of vagina
Fri 2nd- Vaginal opening swollen closed, painful red bumps formed on outter labia at top of vagina/ throat lightly sore at night time.
Sat 3rd- appeared to be better upon waking- vagina not swollen/bumps starting to look like sores though...... but late at night appears to have more bumps around my labia/ bumps are now blisters/ greyish/white thick discharge on inside of vagina.......now later this night there was more discharge that was coming out in large amounts and it is now a grey/yellow colour and chunky texture, made my entire area itchy
Sunday 4th- rash/blistering starting more inside my bum area, really warm, damp skin hard to keep dry. Irritated but not incredibly sore. Much more discharge today. Bright white, thick and a strong odor but not really a foul odor just strong. Sores don't hurt really.
Monday 5th- Passing stool again was ridiculously painful. It feels like my anus is stuck shut...initially going hurts so bad it takes me 15 mins to finally go ..once the anus is stretched passing stool feels normal.
I went to the gyne today. She said it looks like herpes but took swabs of course. I started an anti-viral cycle. Everything was much less painful today upon waking. I walked all over town to my dr's appointment etc. The amount of discharge however was the most I've ever seen in my life! Still thick, bright white and tons of it.
Tuesday6th- Rash inside my bottox area was very irritated today. Sores on vagina are exactly the same. Neither better or worse..just there. Less discharge but it's odor is changing.
Wednesday 7th- less discharge but it's still fully covering the inside of the opening (i can't spread my labia to see any further because it is swollen. The discharge is much thicker and pasty blotches lining my vagina now. It has an unpleasant smell that's not fishy..I dunno how to describe it. No new sores that I can see but the ones closest to my vulva have turned white and are really wet looking. Today I've noticed painless flat blotchy white discoloration lining the inside skin of my nose.... wtf is that???
Upon others personal experiences would you say herpes or a possibility for a sever yeast infection, possible staph or bacterial infection??
I know all I can do is wait for the results and it will be what it is and I can go from there but waiting is fricken killing me. I've has my nose in google for days now (especially since monday) in denial that it's herpes. The guy I started having sex with on the 21st of Feb, seems how we had unprotected sex I told him right away of any problems and so on Monday informed him that it's possibly herpes and regardless of what it is to go get himself checked out. He's oddly very rational and calm about the possibilities of me having herpes/him possibly being infected because of me or because he was already infected.. Which makes me wonder if he has it and knows? He barely seemed to flinch upon me initially stating I was having problems and when I asked when his last std screening was. Didn't seem bothered I said it's possibly herpes. We JUST started seeing each other. In fact he went out of his way to cheer me up and talk to me about it..which is like...is he just really mature and accepting and nice or he had it and knew? He also seems to know a lot of info on it already....so...well read or.....educated because he needed the info for himself? This is ALSO bothering me. He keeps telling me it's not a big deal but I asked...How do you know how it feels?...He said...well I don't.... That's driving me nuts.
I just want my results back so I can move forward instead of obsessing over the possibilities of it not being herpes.....ugh....

it sounds quite worrying to me. sorry to say, but i think it definitely could be herpes.
Well I have herpes, myself. Based on my experience, your condition seems very different than mine. But it sounds like you have some other things going on down there, that may confuse the situation.
In my particular case, I started feeling a stinging sensation down there, roughly 3 days after exposure. Within about a week and a half's time, a sore had developed on my vaginal lip. It hurt. Bad. Could hardly walk. Went to the doc and was diagnosed with herpes. They gave me anti-virals, and probably within a couple of days, I started feeling much better. Within about a weeks time from there, the sore had pretty much healed. I didn't have multiple sores.
I would say that if the anti-virals seem to be clearing up your pain/sores, then it is likely you do have herpes. Otherwise, if it is something strictly bacterial...than an anti-viral won't help that cause. It almost sounds like you might have a bacterial infection...possibly in addition to herpes.
You did the right thing by going to the doc immediately, and informing your partner. I will say that while herpes is not a diagnosis that you want to ever get...it really is not that big of deal. Naturally, I was devastated when I got the news (over 10 years ago)...but in the big scheme of things, it really isn't a big deal.
