Outbreak ?

If you have an out break before 90 days after exposure to herpes and you get tested after out break how accurate will the igg blood test be.

For example If I got an outbreak 50days after being exposed. Will my igg show if you have herpes at this point? Or would you have to wait at least 90days for an accurate test?

whether you get obvious symptoms or not is meaningless as to how soon your igg test will be accurate.  you still need to wait the full time unless you have fresh symptoms to get cultured.
