PLEASE HELP!! DOES THIS SOUND LIKE HERPES??

ok here is my situation i had recieved oral sex about two months ago and two days later i felt burning after urination went to the dr an got tested for stds chlymydia an gonnorehea both came back neagative my dr put me on doxycilin and it soon stoped the burning its now been two months since this has happend and im burning again during urination i really didnt notice any bumps but on the head of my penis like on the side i noticed little red bumps no pain i think they were there befor but i just really have not noticed them it sometimes itch i really dont know whats goin on! it burns when i urinate i heard that herpes could be in the uretha it burns about 30 min after i urinate its very painful i was wondering could this be herpes!????? pls give me an honest answer!! if not herpes what could it be?

Have you been back to your provider for any follow up?

this doesn't really sound like herpes. You should be following up on this to rule out things like urethritis and prostatitis amongst other things.
