PLEASE HELP

Ok so this is a very complicated situation, I could have a variety of things but I'm not sure what it is it but there's a possibility it could be herpes so I am very worried. Last week on a Thursday I received oral sex from a girl with braces it was a little uncomfortable because I could feel her teeth against my penis. Well the next day I went away for the weekend and I went paint balling in the woods, swam in a pool, hot tub, and used this cheap soap from the hotel I was staying at. The next day on Saturday my penis and scrotum was very itchy and there was no visible rashes or anything. So I took another shower and used the same soap and scrubbed really hard. Well it kept getting worse and now it is Monday and I have a rash which seems like it's poison ivy because I've had it before just not on my generals but I doubt it is that because I have been scratching and if it were poison ivy it would have spread right? I'm worried because My inner  thighs are now itching and even my anus. I have tiny little pimple like sores on the head of my penis i asked the girl and she said she had recently been tested and tested negative and also doesn't have any symptoms of hsv of anything, what could this be someone please help

There is nothing here suggesting herpes. A low level bacterial or fungal infection is the best bet.
