Painless white bumps on the back of my tongue

I have had oral sex with two partners in the last semester one performed oral sex on my penis and the other I performed oral sex on her, both unprotected. I have not had sex with anyone. Two nights ago I drank A LOT of whiskey and beer, while having some late night spicy tacos from taco bell. I awoke the next morning with painless white bumps toward the back of my tongue. I dont think I have herpes on my penis b/c it never really stings although the top of my foreskin gets irritating sometimes and it just takes a quick fix to calm it down (this has been going on for a long time but these bumps are new). I would like to get someone's opinion on this please. could it be thrush? cancer? herpes? HIV? HPV? Please I am not one to have this stuff happen. I would hate to be the kid that got screwed after only two girls, while others could careless who they sleep with. :/ (My mom told me a while ago I used to have low iron and have felt fatigued recently)
