Penile ulcerations for almost 2 months and a half. Plus white spots in my mouth

40 days after last exposure:
ELISA IgG 3.4 HSV1
ELISA IgG 0,08 HSV2
ELISA Sifilis - negative
ELISA HIV - negative

TESTS THAT ARE NOT READY YET:
ELISA Cytomegalovirus
ELISA Epstein Barr Virus
ELISA Herpes Zooster Virus

So I began to feel my penis itching and white stains around the gland. Then one ulcer appeard with no blisters. Then another and then 20 ulcers. I went to the urology and he told me that was not herpes. I make exams for herpes 1 and 2, sifilis and HIV. All of them with 40 days after my last exposure. All negative, except for herpes 1, which I think I got it while I was a kid, but I never had an outbreak. He gave me massive dosage of antibiotics which were not help ful: one ulcer were gone, another 2 appeared.

I changed my doctor and went to a dermatologist. Since I took antibiotics and did not resolve, probably is not bacteria. And I took antifungal as well, so it's not fungus, probably. He gave me 42 pills of antiviral and then the ulcers healed, but one or two were still there even though. Now another one appeared again. How could this be possible man? I didn't make any swab until now and I'll go to dermatologist again this week to decide what to do

What did your Dr think it was?
The first doctor said it was yeast and a secundary bacterial infection. He gave me antibiotics which helped at first but it got back even worse that before. Funny thing is that I dont have blisters, just direct ulcer
Then second doctor gave me antiviral, which helped, but not enough aparrently
