Pimples, herpes or infected ingrown hairs

So I'm a 19 yr old female, I've had Seven different sexual partners and unprotected sex twice. I shave my pubic hair so I'm unsure of what this could be, I've had bumps that look similar to what I have right now after I shave, how ever two months ago I noticed a blister that is on my labia really close to my leg. It is kind of big and hurts when there is pressure on it. should I be very worried about this or could it just be and infected in grown hair?
