Pimples around my vagina

I have these pimples surrounding my vagina, and I don't know what they are.  They were itchy and a week ago I just got a brazilian wax done so I thought they were just hair coming through.  They are white looking, they don't hurt, they itch a little and when I itch them they got bigger and when I stopped they shrank down in size, and when they pop they don't leave a scar, lesion, or crust they just heal.  What are they?

So what do you think it possibly is?  I first noticed it a week after my brazilian wax and then I got my period.  I have had these pimples for about three weeks now, and it ***** because they started to get itchy again yesterday from my sanitary napkin causing friction and all the sweating.  I tried the over-the-counter vaginal screen testing kit, and it basically told me that I could have a yeast infections.  Can you describe the symptoms to me clearly?

Don't pick at them.

The best thing to do is to see your provider. We'd only be guessing as to what they are.
