Please Help! Is this Herpes? (Picture)

Hello all,

Yesterday a girl performed unprotected oral on me. We also kissed before. After we finished I noticed she had two reddish spots at the center of her chin. Again it was not on or near her lips. It was perhaps an inch below her lower lip. They did not look like the photos of herpes or cold sores online. I'm hoping it was contact dermatitis. She had a similar blister/rash/? at the right corner of her forehead as well. Perhaps they were scabs or caused by excessive scratching or stress. It was extremely difficult to see until I got up close to her with the lights on. I asked if she had herpes or a cold sore and she said no. But I am not putting too much weight on what she said. I have photos. I just don't know hot to post them yet. Ask and I will send them.

I am really freaking out about this.

Update: I came down with a strong fever. No signs of outbreak yet. The fever may have been caused by a cold (I did get cold today). I'm hoping for the best. God. I really regret what I did ;(

Thank you for the prompt response. Thankfully whatever she had was only discernible when you got really close and she had nothing else on or around her lips. Clear as day. What worries me is that I read herpes can occur on the chin alone. Also, it was mostly red but slightly yellow as well. Any changes if opinion or same diagnosis?

We don't look at photos here and we never recommend posting pictures of your genitals online.

These don't sound like cold sores on this gal. Sounds like acne.

We always recommend protected oral sex. saves you from worrying like this and protects you!

At this point, nothing you can do unless you develop any symptoms of a std. Should you have have pain with urination, drainage or rashes, follow up within 48 hours of their appearance with a medical provider.
