Please Help Me, Need Advise Asap

I have these flakes and dry skin much alike to dandruff, but on the penus. It starts from the neck and downwards, all on the skin and to the top part of my testicles. The skin is very dry and at times the skin is seem to be torn a bit(beause of scratching), which does not bleed but appears red with a hint of blood. The skin itches very badly at times and when i scratch thats when the skin falls off and it hurts and bleeds a bit, not a lot though. I have had sex only once and that to using a condom, I am just afraid what if it's herpes, I tought it might be blantis, but I herd Blantitis affects the Penus head, my penus head is not red or sore, only the skin from the neck downwards is very dry and itchy. It is also to note that this was present on my penus before I had sex for the first time, So I dont know wether or wether not it is herpes. Please do help Me, Thaks a lot

This doesn't sound at all like genital herpes.

follow up on this with your dermatologist to find out what is going on and properly treat it. Odds are you either have a fungal infection long term going on or it's something more like genital eczema or something.
