Both of you getting a full std screening done is in your best interest. Most folks aren't getting them or aren't getting a full screening done. Once you both know who has what then you'll know if you need to even be thinking std's or not for all of this. The most common symptom of all std's is relatively no symptoms at all so regular testing is the best way to know your status.
You seeing your provider to get tested for yeast and bacterial infections too as well as std's is also the best idea. You were on antibiotics recently so your vaginal flora could've gotten messed up and allowed either to overgrow and cause you issues.
