Please help I went to the Er but worried could he herpes.
So I hooked with someone kissed fingers and then lick my fingers clean. Her ex messaged her two saying he had red bumps on penis. Four days later I got sores on the roof of my mouth and inflamed mouth. Normal food seemed way more spicy than usual. They looked like canker sores but I freaked out and went to the ER. The doctor didnt spend much time and said it was something viral. I didnt voice my concerns about it being herpes. They did throat swab and strep throat was negative. I have no other symptoms could it be herpes? She could have just confused the sores for canker instead of cold. She has no symptoms but im freaking out please help.
The mouth wash wouldn't help hsv go away that quickly. That's a great sign

You think so? I'm just worried still maybe paranoid but I just got this weird white dot outside on my lips doesn't look like a fever blister but it's freaking me out like maybe the beginning of a fever blister? But yea the mouthwashes cleared up the sores instantly with like no signs of them left.
I can't say with any certainty. You need to see a dr or dermatologist for a proper diagnosis.

So its most likely not herpes right? My entire mouth is inflamed the white dots haven't gotten bigger been 48 hours and the hookup was about 2 weeks go. I also feel weird bumps all over my mouth not sores but just like bumps. My tongue also feels weird. I have also had stomach pain and diarrhea. The girl I hooked up with has no symptoms at all and went to the doctors she seems to be fine. Should I get tested for HSV?
I can't diagnos you. I can only give educated advice. You need to go back to the Dr for a propper diagnosis. This is an online forum and can only do so much for you
Thank you for he help I just don't know when to go get tested I have read posts so I have to wait another 3 months I guess I had no fever the hospital never called me back no cold sores my tongue just cleared up today like no more weird feeling on the tip I never got ulcers on my tongue just on my soft palate my gums were irritated but I can't tell if it could have been because the morning I started feeling food was spicer than usual a couple hours later I used these crest whitening strips for the first time and they like burned and hurt like hell so maybe that caused the gum and inflammation issue while the sores on my soft palate were something else because I know for sure that the sores disappeared under a week of appearing and the mouthwas made them disappear like instantly my only question is should I wait three months before kissing anyone else like get tested then do it?
Hey I have an update the girl has chalmydia and the ex for testsd he is clean but like not sure about herpes still would my symptoms be consistent with chalmyida mouth infection?

Call them on Monday. I didn't see your lesions and can only give advice. Lets see what the results of the swab are.

She prescribed miracle mouth wash and that night I used it. The next morning my entire mouth was clear at no point did the sores form irregular shapes. I have also had diarrhea and stomach pain but that's going away too. It was the ER I'm not sure what number I should call or what to ask your help is really appreciated.
She should've swabbed them. I'm not saying it's hsv. Im sating tbe time frame is correct for a hsv primary outbreak.

It is possible that it could be hsv. If you get blister type lesions again have tbe swabbed and tested for hsv.

I went to the ER she just said it was a viral infection she looked at the sores but the sores didn't look like ones from HSV
Hsv lesions are rarely inside the mouth. Almost always on the lips.

Well we made out and I did finger and then sucked my fingers clean ... that's all nothing else occurred
