Pls help, is this herpes?

Hi any help would be really appreciated. I am so terrified that I have genital herpes. About 2 weeks ago I started feeling irritated and itchy during my period and then some pain. I have been bright red all round my vulva and a bit swollen for 2 weeks now and feel a constant throbbing pain down one side of my labia. I thought this may be thrush and took diflicun 2 days ago and I feel bit better on inside of vagina, not as much pain or itching but still as red on outside and I have been using thrush cream. Today I noticed small lump on labia near my clitoris which does feel like the area the throbbing is coming from. Does this sound like herpes, would I be red everywhere for so long? Thanks x

you need to be seen and get a proper exam and some basic testing done. sooner rather than later since it's already been so long!  get tested for yeast and bacterial infections for starters and go from there.
