Possibility of Herpes?

I was in a stripclub recently and was drunk. Struck a deal with a cute looking stripper and I had completely protected sex with her. I fingered her for some time.. Later, she gave me a BJ with the condom on.. I then threw away that condom and put on a new one and had intercourse for about 30secs probably. Then I withdrew. Guilt came over and I stopped everything there.

I was so scared that I went to get a STD test done the very next day. I was tested for Gonorrhoea and Chlamydia with a swab and it came back negative. After 3-4 days I developed an itching on the outer skin of my penis and now in the inside of my penis as well. Again a urine test was done after 4 days and the results in that came negative for GC and chlamydia.. but the itching sensation seems to be present still. Could I have got the Herpes?
The lady told me that she had a complete test about 10 days back and that she came negative for herpes, HIV and every other STD.. But I am really scared. Today, about 10 days later, I see some redness on the penis.. And I am not sure if I am seeing anything bad or if because I am reading too much stuff online, that I am really scared..
Can her vaginal fluids that I touched, cause some STD?? While wearing the condom, if the vaginal fluid had touched the condom, could it lead to any problems? Am I being too paranoid? I am not circumcised and even if it is a yeast/fungal infection, will it show up after 10 days?? Or was I just allergic to the Latex Condom?? And even that also will show up after 10 days?? Please advise.. I am losing sleep over this...

you let your fear cause you to spend a lot of money you didn't need to spend .

You need to wait at least 1 week post encounter for gonorrhea and chlamydia testing. You need to wait at least 6 weeks for syphilis testing. You need to wait 3 months for hiv and herpes testing.  

this was completely protected sex and oral sex. It wasn't a risk and there was no need for testing without symptoms.  

Just itching is probably just jock itch.

The gonorrhea and chlamydia testing were done twice within about one week of the encounter. Do you think I should go get tested once again since it has been about 10 days now?

I realize that my fear is the main reason for all this mental trauma.. But I am not able to overcome it until I get a clean chit on all fronts. :(

The itching worries me because it has never happened before this encounter. I saw a doc today and he suggested from Anti-fungal cream for the itching and asked me to come back in a week.

With completed covered oral/vaginal sex, what is the probability that I might have ccaught something? Also, the female dint have any sores/wounds etc. She says she got tested about 10 days before the encounter and that she came clean on everything. Am I being too paranoid? :(

But I have got a new problem today.. I feel a strong burning sensation in my penis.. Also when I pee, I feel a really hot sensation inside my penis.. It is kind of pricking as well.. The burning sensation is really strong.. I inspected my penis and I am not sure If I am seeing anything wrong..

Pls help me.. What should I do now? It is the 12th day after exposure now.. :(

if you are concerned , return to your provider for further evaluation.

More bad news... The burning sensation is still there and today evening, i see some white spots beneath the had of my penis.. Also, there are spots or depressions like that in a golf ball which are also kind of whitish.. :(..
Also I am feeling a slight pain below my right testicle..

It this a sign of something??? Can someone pls help.. I am going crazy now.. :(

Just an update.. I went to my doc and he is not able to figure out what it is.. But the burning has intensified and hence he has suggested me to an urologist..

Now i am getting pain in my scrotum and burning had become intense.. I am just bracing myself for any bad news!!

Update after the appointment with the urologist.. He said it is unlikely that I might have caught herpes.. But I still have the pricking burning sensation while urinating and also the penis head redness has not reduced.. Apparently there was a trace of blood in the urine sample they took today.. He says, it may some kind of urethritis or yeast infection.. Has asked me to take doxy for a week and suggested a cream.. If the prob persists even after that, then I am supposed to go back to him..

Also he said that the latex condom allergy is possible which he says will show up after 10 to 14 days

Based on what you have said in your posts, it doesnt sounds like herpes to me. On the other hand, I wanted to post something based on what you said about your encounter with a stripper. My bf of 3 years cheated on me with prostitutes and I subsequently contracted HSV II from him. Not sure if this was a cheating situation, but please be careful. It is a very common STD, and your playing roulette!  Take care of yourself, respect yourself and others. This should be a wake up call, All the best!

One clarification people.

I got the Lotrimine cream with Butenafine hydrochloride in it. It says, do not apply for vaginal yeast infections. Does that mean that it should not be applied on penis head as well?

has anyone used it on their penis? Is it safe to use it on the penis?

Hi Grace,

Just a follow up of what happened with my urologist. He asked me to take the course of Doxy and I did that. The burning sensation etc seemed to vanish totally. But the redness on my penis still exists. My PCP advised me to use Lamifil on it and wait for about 2-3 weeks for that to clear up.
It has been exactly one week since the course of Doxy ended and I am again getting a burning/pricking sensation inside my penis. I am able to feel it clearly and sometimes it feels like something is blocking while I urinate. It has been there for 4 days now continuously.  Can you please advise what I should do and why this might be happening again? I thought everything was fine but this is getting worrisome.

A quick update. I checked with my urologist. He examined my prostate and came to the conclusion that it is prostatis. But my urine analysis seems clean though. He said it could be prostatis and has prescribed Cipro for 30 days.

Could this be from the incident? Can I still be conclusive that this is not a STD? I am still not clear about these things. But my urologist says, prostatis is very common even at this age. I am also having a lot of discomfort around my scrotum and my lower abdomen. Little bit worrisome.

yes it is pretty common. even masturbation can introduce bacteria into the urethra and it can cause issues long term.

this was protected sex. you know this isn't a bacterial std going on.

let us know how the antibiotics work for you. also avoid spicy foods and caffeine over the next month too. both can exacerbate symptoms.

I see that you have told that prostatis can cause long term issues.. what may that be?? Do I stand the risk of impotency or anything like that??.. Can it be prevented at all??
