Possible False Positve for HSV-2

Recently tested positive for HSV-2 with herpes select test

HSV-1 was negative
HSV-2 was 1.3

I have never had any outbreaks whatsoever and i havent had any unprotected sex in like 3 years....My docter gave me valtrex and i have been taking it for the last 2 days.

I have heard people say to follow up with a Western Blot test..and it has been suggested to be by another person to go back to the same lab and get retested.

What should i do and how long should i wait before i retest....I am really depressesd and cant believe this has happened.
